3. Products & Orders

We specialize in handcrafted sculptures of people and other custom art pieces.

• All sculptures are handcrafted by our team of skilled artisans in our workshop located in India and imported legally into the United States for delivery to your address.
• We strive to ensure product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or abusive orders.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• As a registered New York business, we collect applicable New York State and local sales taxes based on your shipping address, in compliance with Tax Law Article 28.
• The total tax amount will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed on our website.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the full amount—including taxes and shipping—to your selected payment method.

All transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers (STRIPE) in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Orders typically require 26-30 days for handcrafting due to our detailed artistic process. Our workshop is based in India, and delivery time may vary based on shipping carrier and customs delays.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item’s price and delivery address. Receipts are available for download in PDF format.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Importer of Record: BEN LUXE CRAFT LLC acts as the Importer of Record (IOR) for all products shipped from our workshop in India to customers in the United States. We ensure compliance with all U.S. customs and import regulations.

Customs Notice: Customs processing times vary and may affect delivery dates. BEN LUXE CRAFT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, documentation reviews, or duties assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Shipping Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is in possession of the shipping carrier. Standard carrier liability applies unless the customer requests additional shipping insurance at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

We comply with New York General Business Law § 218-a.

Our Policy: – All sculptures are made-to-order and personalized; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, incorrect, or not delivered. – If your item is defective or incorrect, we will refund or remake the product at no extra cost. – Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation Window: Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property
