Yes, we offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
