Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our handcrafted sculptures take approximately 26-30 days to complete. Shipping times vary by location. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Q: How do I submit my photo for a custom sculpture?

You can upload your photo directly through the “ORDER NOW” section on our website or email it to us at info@benluxecraft.com. Please ensure the image is high-quality and clear for best results.

Q: Do you ship across the United States?

Yes, we offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please stay tuned for future international shipping options.

Q: Is the payment process secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and is integrated with secure third-party payment processors ( Stripe and PayPal). Your payment and personal information are protected.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Can I return a custom sculpture?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
